PTO and Leave Benefits
At Synova Group, we understand the importance of rest, flexibility, and support during life’s big and small moments. That’s why we offer generous PTO, flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and special leave programs—including medical and volunteer leave—to help our team stay balanced, cared for, and empowered to give back.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employee Benefits
At Synova Group, we believe in supporting our team both in and outside of work. Our Paid Time Off and leave programs are designed to promote work-life balance, recognize long-term commitment, and offer flexibility during life’s unexpected moments.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) working 40 hours per week earn two weeks of PTO annually, with increased accrual based on years of service. PTO gives our team the opportunity to rest, recharge, and take care of personal needs.

Alternative Work Schedule
Our Overnight DSPs benefit from a unique 7-on, 7-off schedule—working Wednesday through Tuesday every other week. This flexible rotation allows for extended personal time while maintaining full-time status.

Holiday Pay
Team members working on company-designated holidays receive time-and-a-half pay. All full-time employees also receive one floating holiday to use when it works best for them.
Medical Leave Bank
This optional program allows full-time employees to save paid hours for use during extended medical absences. It’s a safety net for when the unexpected happens, offering added peace of mind during difficult times.

PTO Share
In times of personal hardship, full-time employees may be eligible to receive donated PTO hours from coworkers—helping bridge the gap when your own time off falls short.

Volunteer Leave
After five years of service, employees can apply for a 5-day paid leave to participate in charitable activities. We’re proud to support those who give back to their communities and believe in making a difference together.

At Synova Group, we value your well-being and believe that a strong support system starts with strong benefits.
