Pay, Perks & Company Vehicles

Our most exciting benefit! Service Managers, and House Supervisors receive a company vehicle after 90 days of service. Imagine yourself driving a  Jeep Compass! We handle all maintenance, including oil changes, car washes, tires, brakes, and any other needs. Alternatively, employees may opt for $5,000 in additional compensation in lieu of the vehicle.

Competitive Pay

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) earn between $19.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and the position/location.

We offer a competitive 401K plan with the following company match:

  • 100% match for the first 1% contribution

  • 50% match for the next 5% contribution​

Paid Training

All training time is paid at the regular rate of pay, ensuring you are compensated while you learn and grow.

 

Mileage Reimbursement

For employees using personal vehicles, we provide mileage reimbursement at 62.5 cents per mile. We also have company vehicles available at many of our sites.
