Compensation
Fair Pay. Real Growth.
We offer competitive wages based on experience, location, and position. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) start between $19 and $25 per hour, with opportunities to move up through structured career pathways. Plus, leadership roles come with added perks like company vehicles or optional cash bonuses.
