For all Synova Group employees working 36 or more hours, you are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Coverage is also available for eligible spouses and dependents under the age of 26.
Our Insurance Benefits Include
Medical Insurance
We offer a medical insurance plan through United Healthcare with four different plan options, including different networks and an HSA plan. We contribute $310 a month toward your medical premiums.
Dental Insurance
We offer a voluntary dental plan through United Healthcare.
Vision Insurance
We offer a voluntary vision plan through Eye Med.
LIFE INSURANCE
We offer life insurance coverage through Mutual of Omaha, paying the full cost of providing $50,000 in life insurance coverage for each full-time employee.
Short-Term Disability
We offer a voluntary short-term disability plan through Mutual of Omaha, which pays 60 percent of weekly pay.
Long-Term Disability
We offer long-term disability coverage through Mutual of Omaha. We pay the full cost of this benefit for each full-time employee. The plan pays 60 percent of weekly pay.
